Since the introduction of UHPLC, the most significant step ahead has been the introduction of coreshell columns. Coreshell tecnology
offers several advantages over regular packed columns with fully porous particles, which are e.g. a decreased amount of fully porous
separation material for a faster analysis and a very narrow particle size distribution.
